Handcrafted, Made-to-Order Items
All FlashyCustoms products are handmade to order. Each piece is individually crafted, painted, or finished based on your selected options. Because of this, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and either offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Color & Finish Variations
Due to the handmade nature of our work, minor variations in color or finish may occur. These are normal characteristics of hand-painted and custom-crafted pieces and are not considered defects.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an item is shipped, delivery times are outside of our control. If a package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll help open an inquiry with the courier.
